ServiceNow’s Security Incident Response, and TruSTAR’s Intelligence Management platform can now work together to distribute threat intelligence information between teams, industry peers, and other data systems, all while accelerating automation to remediate threats faster.

The feature highlights of this joint solution includes :

• Enrich IoCs in ServiceNow SIR via OSINT/Premium Sources and internal intelligence
• Automatically submit SIRs as TruSTAR reports and extract IoCs
• Automatically enrich IoCs and provide context using ServiceNow's Threat Lookup capability
• Ability to custom tag indicators in Threat Lookup for historical context
• Share TruSTAR reports and IoCs across ISACs/ISAOs and internal teams via enclaves
• Configure app with fine tune controls
• Whitelisting observables in TruSTAR directly from ServiceNow SIR
