starting early april you can use your servicenow id to log in to now support with the servicenow id you can log in to several servicenow websites such as the developer site now community and now learning using a single set of credentials there are two ways to set up your now support account to use your service now id if you do not have a service now id create one that uses the same email address you currently use to log in to now support if you already have a servicenow id you will need to update it to use your current now support email address let's get you set up if you do not have a service now id create one visit the servicenow registration page to sign up for a new service now id use the same email address you currently used to log into now support when creating your service now id check your email for further instructions to activate your account now i'll walk you through what you will need to do if you already have a servicenow id to update your existing servicenow id log in to servicenow.com when you are logged in click the shaded profile icon and select manage profile then edit your profile you will need to verify your login with the six digit passcode sent to your current servicenow id email address scroll down to the email field and change your servicenow id email to the email address you currently use to log in to now support enter your confirmation code to complete the process you are now ready to use your servicenow id on now support in april of 2021
