tracking capabilities important to everyone including project managers team members portfolio managers and even stakeholders from business units across the organization powered by the now platform it increases productivity with an intuitive interface that lets you track the status of your projects and collaborate with team members it enables you to take timely actions to help resolve exceptions regardless of your location and you can do this with a few clicks and swipes all from the single native mobile app the project status report app helps make work work better let's see how one of the biggest concerns for project managers like paul martin is being able to closely monitor key projects when on the go project status report eliminates this worry by putting details about critical projects and projects in red right at paul's fingertips on the opening page of the app he simply scrolls left to view additional projects in either list and he can click into an individual project from any list anywhere in the app to see more details including at a glance overall status by date as shown here with project status report project managers always know the current status of their organization's most critical projects and projects in red paul also needs a simple way to stay on top of his own project work assignments and to communicate important project information even when away from his desk clicking my projects enables all of that it lists all his project assignments with a color-coded view of their current status selecting a specific project he can view status details costs risks issues decisions and also track action items he can even send an email for follow-up on action items he simply clicks on the details tab then the email icon and sends that just can't wait their projects when the vp of human resources wants to know more about the affirmative action program a key project in the hr portfolio by simply swiping left paul can show her any recent status reports if she wants to understand why the overall health status is yellow he clicks on it for the underlying story a couple of clicks and a swipe lets paul give her the information she needs in seconds whether it's human resources sales or the legal department project managers love sharing good news with the businesses they support and all news is good news when paul selects the on-track icon when he runs into the company's senior vp of human resources he can filter by the hr business unit and confidently highlight projects that show what all business leaders want to see good news in fact it's easy for project managers like paul or any user for that matter to get real-time status of the active projects they care about clicking the all active icon lists current projects that the logged in user has the rights to view paul is excited by the additional office space being added to the singapore office but he's very concerned that the status is currently read from the rid act tab paul reviews the risks issues decisions actions and changes that may be impacting this project he selects risks and sees that the project coordinator is taking leave if paul wants to create a new issue associated with this risk he can do that right from the redact tab by selecting the ellipses at the top right of the screen then new issue using the redac feature he'll also be able to track any resulting decisions actions or changes after reviewing the details tab to look at time frame costs and business strategy alignment paul selects the activity tab where he can add new work notes as well as comments photos and project documents although the project status is currently read paul believes the real-time information collaboration and ability to take quick action enabled by the project status report may help them turn things around one last item paul wants to quickly check on the jabber for mobile's project for that he uses speech to text to search for projects and people right from the app homepage clicking on the microphone icon he simply says jabber and the project is displayed just as he thought everything is looking great you just saw how the project status report app makes
