hello i'm deborah mcgrath senior technical product marketing manager at servicenow in this three minute demo i'll show you key capabilities of the servicenow agile 2.0 mobile application the agile mobile app enables agile team members to view and update stories and scrum tasks on the go scrum masters and product owners can easily track and manage sprints anytime anywhere and best of all regular use of the app helps drive adoption of good agile processes and practices we've logged in as dan willis who is both a scrum master and an occasional scrum team member he needs a simple way to do sprint tracking while staying on top of his own stories and scrum tasks even when he's away from his desk as a team member scrolling through the my stories list dan sees all the stories assigned to him and their current status tapping on any story displays acceptance criteria and key detail such as epic and priority he can check recent activity on the story by other scrum team members and add his own work notes as well as comments photos and documents from the related tab he can view scrum tasks assigned to other team members also working on this story to view scrum tasks that are assigned to him dan simply scrolls the my scrum tasks list on the home page he just worked a couple of hours on the hr km story documentation and adds the details so other team members can immediately see his progress den also just got word that the blocker holding up the mobile interface story was resolved so he taps on that story and turns off the block switch letting the team know they can proceed tapping see all he confirms that the story has been removed from the block stories list as a scrum master dan aspires to maximize the value created by his scrum teams so it's critical to him that he can track sprints anytime and anywhere dan is currently leading two teams he taps on the servicenow hr development team to check their progress in the current sprint here he once again has access to the stories and scrum tasks that are assigned to him but as a scrum master he can now also view all the stories in various states assigned to the other hr development team members swiping left on this story he can update the state of the story add work notes for julia or even dictate a note to wish her good luck dan believes his team is making great progress in this sprint to know exactly how they're progressing he taps all scrum tasks quickly scrolls down through the list and he's encouraged to see that many scrum tasks have been completed in fact when the hr development program manager eileen stops by his office unexpectedly he filters the scrum test list by state selects complete and shares the good news with her dan's not only pleased with his team's progress he's very happy how easy it is for them to track it using the agile 2.0 mobile app you just saw how the servicenow agile 2.0 mobile app enables agile team members to quickly view and update their stories and scrum tasks and how scrum masters can easily track and manage sprints anytime and anywhere all of which helps organizations drive adoption of good agile processes and practices for additional information visit servicenow.com itbm
