i'm certainly thrilled that you all are joining us today so thank you and we appreciate it we hope you have plenty of questions for us i think we're going to be taking the full hour today so just keep that in mind as you have questions posted and answered we're going to be answering questions both in the q a as well as in the chat we're going to do our best to get to everyone [Music] so one more time we're going to let you know that this is being recorded and the playback will be available on a community link that i will be providing and so have your questions ready and then sit back and enjoy and with alison whenever you're ready sounds good thank you lisa i will give it just a minute or two to let additional people get on [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] hey [Music] hey [Music] [Music] all right hello everyone now that we are two minutes after the hour we can go ahead and get started so welcome to our what's new for employee workflows in quebec community event uh in terms of our content for today we are going to kick off our session first by going over some baseline information on what to expect for the next hour or so and i'm also going to give some quick facts on quebec as a whole then we will spend most of our time today reviewing the release highlights for our hr service delivery products specifically followed by kind of a brief at a glance looks at our emerging workplace service delivery and legal service delivery products which also fall under our employee workflows solutions bucket here at servicenow and then we will be closing out our session uh with time for questions so now we can go ahead and dive into the baseline information so the first thing i wanted to point out about today is that our quebec release was very large so there is a lot to talk about today within the allotted hour so given that this session will really be a summary and deep dives into some of our larger investments for this release will be coming and will be happening via our hr service delivery academy sessions so if you haven't heard of our hr service delivery academy yet um this is a new type of live event that we are hosting on the fourth wednesday of the month in our community and so again if you haven't heard of those or if you aren't already registered please visit our community site to get registered um so here on the slide you can actually see in the screenshot this is our hr service delivery forum on community and there is that large banner across the top of the page where you can click to actually get registered for those sessions so please go ahead and do that if you're not already registered for those so next i wanted to highlight the fact that we have many experts on our call today so i am alison i am the in the top kind of left row there and i'll be walking through most of our presentation today and you can see that we have a lot of others from the servicenow team on the line and everyone is here to make sure that we can answer your questions for anyone who is listening in live today and speaking of that actually so if you do have a question as we're walking through content today um please go ahead and use the zoom q a or the chat on youtube if that's where you're joining from and um again the group will be watching for those questions via chat and keep in mind that a lot of the questions will likely be answered in written format just to keep us on time today since we have a lot to go through but what i'll be doing throughout is kind of pausing to check with our q a experts to see if there's anything we should be talking about live and then again like we looked at we do have some time carved out specifically at the end for questions so next what i wanted to do is provide just some baseline information and quick grounding facts so first is that our quebec family release first became uh available to the general customer base on march 11th so just actually earlier this month a couple of weeks ago and in addition um to that we have also been busy releasing new innovations to our servicenow store so as we talk through our content for today i'm also going to be covering apps that were released via store and then last but certainly not least throughout today's presentation the slides that i'm going to use will have an indication around licensing requirements for hr service delivery packages so if you see on our slides a green circle that says professional or enterprise that means that that app or feature falls under those licensing packages and if you don't see any green circle that means typically that that feature or app is included within the standard hr service delivery package so we know that licensing is a common question so wanted to just call that out to look for those green circles to answer those licensing questions now i want to double click into what the servicenow store is just for a moment again since this is something that is probably new for a lot of people uh listening in so our service now store really allows us as well as our partners too actually to deliver innovations faster outside of our large family releases like quebec and this is very important because it helps us deliver solutions that solve for immediate business needs without always again having that dependency relating back to those large family releases that typically happen for us twice per year and uh one example actually of something that we have released via the store is our safe workplace suite of apps so these apps are all about you know keeping employees safe and you know some of those apps include apps like contact tracing and employee health screening and so of course these were very time sensitive releases and so they were driven by the pandemic and if we would have had to wait for a family release to put those out we you know wouldn't have been executing fast enough for our customers so that's just kind of one example and i think the key thing to remember here is that we are now delivering apps via our servicenow store and really what this does is it allows us to respond to those more immediate business needs and we can actually innovate and iterate faster with enhancements all right so now what i wanted to do is just take a moment to summarize the employee workflows quebec release things so at the highest level our focus for quebec was really all about enabling our customers to create connected experiences for their employees and so across the bottom you'll actually see two outcomes of this so on the left you see boost employee productivity and engagement and then on the right you see quickly scale service management while reducing costs so this is for employee workflows as a whole and now if we start to talk about this and look about look at this from the hr service delivery angle specifically um you'll see that that overall theme of creating those connected and engaging experiences for employees continues and you also see you know across the bottom there of the slide some more specific themes again specific to hr service delivery so if you look at the bottom of the slide on the left you can see that we are you know continuing to serve as that front door of the enterprise so really that one place employees start when they need help from hr or other enterprise service groups in the middle you'll see we're investing in new product areas that will help us deliver in-moment experiences for employees so there are a lot of workflows and experiences that are happening in servicenow and that means that we have actually a lot of opportunity to hone in deeper and deliver really exceptional experiences to employees directly within those moments and then on the right you'll also see that we are continuing to invest in our strength of really increasing hr efficiency and productivity so now what we'll do is we're going to actually talk about the release uh using each of these buckets or kind of outcomes to drive our discussion and group our our features and apps together under these themes all right so first up on the list is uh you know talking about this concept of serving as the front door of the enterprise and the first thing on the list here is universal request so universal request was one of our very large investments for quebec and really what it does is it connects your service delivery organizations and it breaks down maybe any silos that you have between different areas like hr and i.t and it really enables a more seamless employee support experience so universal request is actually a record type that can have multiple child requests such as an hr case or an it ticket and so from the employee perspective it's providing that single request experience and also allowing from the agent perspective that easy cross-departmental collaboration and transfer process so again this drives you know efficiency and ease for employees when they're looking for that help they're not you know having to understand oh i need to go to hr or i.t and it's also allowing your service teams to really better collaborate and resolve things faster i would also say so a couple of other items on the slide that are worth mentioning here so this also allows you to do things like track cross-departmental slas and you can also use machine learning or predictive intelligence to actually predict the assignment group across these various departments um and one other thing that i would mention uh about universal requests so again going back to that concept of this being one of those those larger items for this release i can confidently say that this is one of those items we'll be planning more deep dive content around for communities so be on the lookout for that to be released and available soon either via an academy session or maybe some vlogs another very large quebec investment was around ai search so if you think about being that front door of the enterprise one of the very important aspects of that is really making a great impression by ensuring employees can really quickly find what they're looking for and of course this is very closely associated with search so ai search is really the result of us actually embedding technology from an ai search acquisition uh natively into our platform to ultimately make it easier for employees to actually search and find information so of course this is allowing you to surface those more accurate uh search results to employees those more personal search results and there's also something that you can enable called genius results so this actually allows you to uh really show kind of the best answer for a search and to make that actionable if that is applicable so if you look at the screenshot on the slide what we're seeing there in that red box is actually an example of what genius results uh could look like and one thing that i would say here for any admin on the call is that there is a guided setup for a i search specifically so be sure to check that out as well as our documentation on ai search just for more information and specifics on how to configure this and enable this at your organization all right so next is our microsoft teams integration and this integration is really all about um you know meeting employees where they are which is often times within their collaboration tool and they know um specifically microsoft recently released some stats around kind of the average number of monthly users within teams and that number was very very high which is no surprise but that just shows you how much time employees are really spending throughout their workday and their collaboration tool and i think especially with all of us not all of us most of us still working from home we've seen that number increase even more lately so things that you were previously able to do by stopping by a co-worker's desk a lot of that is now moving into your collaboration tool and so this actu this integration um it's actually in addition to um what we had previously available with virtual agent and so this integration builds on that virtual agent aspect and it has actually several different uh kind of outlets outcomes or pieces that you'll see on the right of the slide and so what i'll do is i'm going to follow kind of the cadence that's on that right side of the slide under outcomes if you want to follow along with all of the different aspects so first on the list for this is there is an embedded dashboard called your hub in microsoft teams and really what this does is it allows employees to view their servicenow tasks follow up on cases and really stay up to date on any communications that are targeted towards them and again this is really meeting employees where they are and making it just easier for them to take those quick actions and stay productive by staying in their collaboration tool next this integration also enables agent to employee communication so agents can actually start a microsoft teams chat with an employee from a case and of course the use case here is let's say an agent has you know a question or clarification on a case that they're working on this allows them to very easily and naturally reach out to that employee to get a quick response back um and the really nice thing about that is that all of that conversation can actually be kept back within the case record to just ensure easy record keeping in that conversation is really preserved within the case and then to kind of take that one step further for any of those needs that might be a little bit more complex agents can actually also invite an employee to a teams call and that can actually enable them to use things like screen share and video if ever needed so again this is a really good fit for any of those service needs where it's a little bit more of an in-depth topic or maybe it's a topic that really requires some higher touch support that kind of chat to call capability can come into play and help with that and then last but certainly not least on the list here so this integration also supports something that we call actionable notifications so this means that employees can actually receive a notifications in teams and what they can do from there is they can actually do things like respond to case comments to make a quick comment on their case and they can actually action on any approval and again they can do this all without leaving teams to drive that productivity and collaboration directly within microsoft all right so next is our sharepoint search connector and this really allows customers who are using ai search to enable public sharepoint files to surface within search results so this is um you know powerful because it of course provides that connection point and you can surface those sharepoint files directly within our servicenow search and this can be done from both the employee service center as well as the now mobile app all right so on to our next theme of providing exceptional in moment experiences for employees and before we dig into that i am going to take a quick pause and check in with kyle to see how we're doing on q a so far and if there's anything that we should take uh a moment to talk about uh no nothing yet great all right we will keep on and go into this new theme so um the first thing that is on this list is something that we call journey accelerator so journey accelerator really helps you know managers employees and mentors all collaborate during uh transitions and just to you know give an example of what i mean when i say transition this could be maybe onboarding maybe an employee is actually transferring to a new job altogether they've already been an employee for a while but they're you know going through that transition um or maybe they've been promoted um so those are just a couple of examples to bring that to life when i say transition and when you think about those you know activities that would probably need to happen for any of these transitions there are likely those kind of standard organization-wide things that need to happen across the entire organization in a consistent manner and those standard kind of organization-wide activities would typically be included within a servicenow life cycle event but in addition to those standard activities there are you know likely many teams specific or functional specific components that would also need to happen so this is really kind of the use case or the genesis behind journey accelerator because it really enables managers to create consistent but personalized plans for their employees to make sure they're successful when they're completing those transitions and so just to give a couple of more examples to continue to bring things to life here an example of something you might include in a you know journey accelerator plan could be let's say a knowledge transfer between team members or maybe an actual handoff of job duties or responsibilities or activities if we're looking at an off-boarding example and the one thing that i'll do too on this topic i'll do kind of a plug so actually if you're interested in learning more about journey accelerator we actually hosted an academy session on this topic already last month and it is available for playback now on community so that was about a 45 minute to an hour session dedicated to this specifically so please go ahead and go and check that out if this is something that you are interested in learning more about okay so next is listening posts so listening posts really enable um organizations to capture in-moment feedback immediately within an experience or a workflow that's happening in servicenow via something that we call a pulse survey so cool surveys can be triggered in a couple of different ways they can be triggered as part of an end-to-end life cycle event they can also be triggered to an audience for a defined start and end date directly within listening posts and you can also send those out during a campaign and what you can do is via those pulse surveys you're collecting feedback again in the moment and that feedback that you're collecting and that pulse survey can be visualized within a really great drillable dashboard and that can be consumed by various stakeholders and that data can use be used to really drive kind of continual improvements so you could be can you know continually improving a service that you're providing an overall employee experience or maybe just a program and so this is actually another topic that we hosted an academy session on it was actually in fact it was uh just last week a week ago from today and the recording is posted back on community if you'd like to go back and watch that and see how all of this is configured all right um so also under that in moment experience category is alumni service center so our alumni service center really provides a hub for former employees so whether they're a retiree maybe a furloughed employee or you know an employee who has just left the organization for maybe another reason and this is really a portal experience that allows them to you know stay up to date with any targeted communications it also provides them with access to request service or maybe other information they might need so i know a couple of use cases here would be maybe accessing an old paycheck how to get w their w-2 information if they're attempting to complete their taxes uh maybe just staying up to date on company news and i know a really common use case um is also you know let's say that you have actually identified that you know some of the employees who are leaving your organization are you know very high potential they're high performers and you would actually like to see them you know consider returning to your organization in the future obviously you could also use alumni service center to keep them engaged and even potentially target them with information about job opportunities or openings at your organization all right next under this bucket or category is our um hr service delivery integration with cornerstone on demand so what this integration does is it actually pulls learning paths and to do's from cornerstone on demand into servicenow and what this allows them to do is they can actually view those in our employee service center so this is really creating a more connected experience for employees when it comes to the actions that are required of them and let's say they do have you know a cornerstone task that they need to complete and they open it from within servicenow what would happen is that would link them directly to cornerstone to actually complete that and of course that would be eventually reflected back in servicenow all right so uh now on to our integration with facebook workplace so this allows you to actually target content to groups that might exist at your organization within facebook workplace so in servicenow this is actually created within our content delivery or content automation applications and you would actually create content under the content type is what it's called a facebook workplace post so essentially you would be able to you know specify the post content and schedule that and what this enables you to do is to really create an omni channel or multi-channel experience for reaching your employees and so this is yet another channel that you can add to your list of tools if you're running a campaign and the nice thing that i would also call out about this is that because you are you know posting to that workplace group it's really kind of encouraging that communication to be more two-way and it's promoting feedback and collaboration to actually happen within that workplace facebook group all right uh next on the list are our employee experience packs so these are uh really blueprints and pre-built content and configurations to help you quickly adopt and implement our product and so these provide an example of what great employee experience designs could look like using our product and really just help bring everything uh to life so we actually have a lot of different employee experience packs that are available today and i have a couple of slides that i'm going to go through in a moment to just show some examples of some of the latest and greatest experience packs that we have released and one call out on this so you'll see across the top these are released via our servicenow store and in terms of licensing licensing requirements will depend based on which employee experience packs you're looking at um and so of course that just depends on which features uh or apps that that uses so be sure to check the requirements listed out on store for each pack as you're perusing everything that is out there okay so um one recent employee experience pack that we released is you know around employee vaccine announcements so this experience pack is really all about informing employees of your organization's stance on vaccines so maybe any policies or procedures that you have outlined and potentially any benefits associated with that so the example within the experience pack is let's say your company would be offering a reimbursement to employees who have received their vaccination and the big call out here again is that this is a blueprint it is definitely intended to be configured or modified according to what you actually intend to announce at your company or organization um but it get you know it includes things to help get you started so it includes campaign content a couple of sample knowledge articles to provide some faqs as a baseline um and then some sample hr services and the other thing to mention here is that if you are also a safe workplace customer in addition to being an hr service delivery customer this experience pack shows an example of how you can actually direct your employees to the option to consent and use the vaccination status with status app and that's an app that's part of safe workplace to actually show how that could work end-to-end to provide information to employees on kind of your policies procedures and then direct them to that app to actually report their vaccination status all right and now we have another example of employee experience packs so we recently launched uh three employee experience packs around the topic specifically of onboarding um and one thing to call out about these experience packs is that we partnered with one of our gsis on the research and design of these experience packs to really gather data and complete research on what a you know leading class experience could look like in this context so these packs you know show what it could look like for managers hr i.t and facilities to all work together on the off-boarding process to really make sure that all of those required activities that are part of these items are really executed on time so it's eliminating risks and also making sure that your employees are really supported through these items and so you'll see here that there are actually again like i mentioned three different employee experience packs here so one on voluntary separations one on involuntary separations and then also one around reduction in force all right now on to our next theme and again i will take a quick pause and just check in to see how we're doing with q a and if there's anything that we should take a moment or two to talk about um no nothing to talk about we're we're addressing those there's a couple questions coming in but um i don't think anything to the surface of the larger group all right that sounds good um so now we'll talk about how we're increasing hr efficiency and productivity so um the first thing on this list is our hr mobile agent app so this really enables uh hr agents to view case details and related knowledge articles for their cases um and they can also actually make updates to those cases while they're maybe away from their desks so this one of course you know helps drive those efficiencies and reduces the time it's going to take agents to resolve those cases because they're able to make those quick update updates you know on the fly when they're on the go and not in front of their desks and just really keeping tabs on their cases so another thing to mention in addition to kind of making those updates is that you know if you are an agent manager or someone who has access to dashboards is that you can actually view that from the mobile app so we see an example of that in a screenshot here basically what you can do is see things like outstanding slas and just a summary of all of the different cases that are being worked again on the go easy to click and swipe directly from your phone all right next are the campaign enhancements and actually you know what first off if you aren't familiar with campaigns i think i've talked about them a little bit today but want to clarify what they are if you're not aware so campaigns are a feature of our employee service center and campaigns really allow you to target messages to your employees deliver those schedule those across multiple different channels and so in quebec we made some enhancements and so one of those is around the fact that you are now able to actually preview a campaign before you publish it so with this you can now preview a campaign by audience so that would be essentially the employee group who is being targeted uh in your campaign so you can view it by that kind of persona or audience you can also view it by uh you know page within your employee service center see exactly how that would surface to that audience within your specific portal page and you can also view it by stage or bundle of the campaign and what all of this allows you to do is essentially make sure that the experience that you are expecting and that you have configured is actually surfacing you know as you would want it to within that page that audience that stage and that you really feel confident to go ahead and hit that publish button to push it out to your employees so that was one piece and there are also some security enhancements that were made around campaigns so you can now better accommodate kind of a cross-team delegation so i'll give an example here to bring that to life so let's say that you actually have um content managers at your organization that should have maybe access to publish to specific defined audiences so i know one example use case that i've talked to a couple of customers about is the concept of essentially having content managers who are responsible for um specific location based audiences so maybe they are the subject matter expert or they just really kind of own the content for a certain location you can now basically accommodate that and make sure that they have access to really publish to those specific uh location audiences the other thing around security is that you now have the ability to actually restrict sensitive draft content to certain users to make sure that really only those users with access can view that draft content and actually schedule it for publish so again just to give an example use case to bring this one to life let's say you are creating a campaign and it is around a sensitive topic like maybe a leadership transition or maybe even something like a merger or an acquisition and that needs to be kept really confidential even to the other people who usually would have access to draft campaigns that is where this security enhancement would come into place all right next on the list under this bucket is the employee relations dashboard so uh back in our paris release we made a really large investment and we released a new employee relations application and um in quebec a new performance analytics dashboard has been added to give a pulse of those employee relations cases and allegations that are coming in and what this does is of course allows your employee relations professionals to really kind of keep tabs on what's coming in and analyze those trends so they can determine what their strategies are going forward all righty next on the list is a workday integration so servicenow is actually working with a third-party partner named bristlecone to create two pre-built integrations um and so you'll kind of see that detail on the slide here so the first integration what that does is it's pulling employee data like name address and job from workday into service now and so what i'll also say about this is that under safe harbor in april this integration that's currently pulling that employee profile information will also be expanded to pull in to do's from workday into servicenow to provide that more unified experience for employees so this is slightly actually similar to what we talked about earlier with the cornerstone on demand to do's so essentially employees will be able to see their workday to do's in the employee service center and of course have access to those and have that more cohesive experience essentially so that's the first piece and then the second integration that would be coming at a later date will actually be named the hr service delivery advanced integration and the plan for this is to really provide employees with contextual information when they are requesting help in service now so you'll see here that we have some examples listed on the slide around you know seeing time off balances total rewards information and potentially that holiday calendar so stay tuned for more information on the release date for that second advanced integration that is listed here on the slide and again just to recap this is something that again a third-party partner named bristlecone is actually creating all right next up we have another iteration so we now have an integration with uh ultimate chronos group to really streamline time and shift management through our virtual agent or chatbot and so employees can do things with this integration like view their accrual leave balances their hours worked their upcoming shifts all directly within that conversation and of course what this is doing is providing employees with that 24x7 support to really get this information directly in their hands also under the integrations umbrella we have our enterprise service management integrations framework and so what this does is it provides our customers with common components so apis tables widgets to really build integrations with third parties quickly and so a common use case here would be you know pulling in profile information and to do's with your hcm cloud system so very similar to what we just talked about with what bristol cone is building around workday so again this is just a common component to help you rapidly build those integrations all right so those were the highlights for hr service delivery specifically it was a lot to talk about in a short amount of time but that was the the big overview or the drive by and now what we'll do is we will talk about um workplace and legal service delivery for just a couple of moments and then we'll go back to uh q a time to see if there's anything coming in that we should talk about so with that let's talk specifically about workplace service delivery so um this is really a bird's eye summary of our workplace service delivery product which is a suite or set of applications that allows employees to do things like reserve a room maybe order supplies along with that room maybe report a maintenance issue and so from the other perspective this also kind of reduces the back and complexity of maintaining all of this for your organization as well so it brings in the power of workflow and so here on this kind of at-a-glance slide you'll see the current four components are uh case management reservation management visit visitor management and space mapping and so uh case manager really enables employees to easily create a case when needed and for again your service team is really standardizing that fulfillment process reservation management allows employees to again reserve those rooms desks equipment and the ability you know to add things like catering for example visitor management ensures that you are able to welcome guests with a seamless check-in process and make sure that there's a clear process for for managing those visitors and then space mapping actually provides an interactive format to view facilities and and kind of receive those turn-by-turn way-finding directions around different workplace locations um in one call out you'll see under space mapping there is that asterisk and i'll just read that it says workplace service delivery does require a separate third-party license agreement with mactin at this point to enable those indoor mapping solutions so this is another really big product i'm keeping it pretty light today giving this at a glance overview but there are definitely opportunities to learn more here and dig in but just wanted to provide kind of this overview for today's session um and now what we'll do is we'll do that similar kind of at a glance overview for our legal service delivery product so um legal service delivery first became generally available in quebec of course and it really what it does is it transforms the uh manual email and spreadsheets that probably many of your internal legal operations teams are using today it transforms that basically into an efficient service delivery model so legal self-service of course kind of removes those manual emails with the self-service portal and that helps deflect those repetitive legal questions that could be coming in next on the list the legal counsel center that really allows teams to categorize and prioritize requests next legal matter management allows legal teams to track those ongoing kind of longer term legal matters uh digital for forensic apps so this really streamlines the data gathering process for legal groups so um oftentimes there are actually scenarios that require your your legal team to to collect data from various digital systems like email voicemail maybe cameras badge swipes and so what this does is it really helps with that data collection because all of this is again typically needed to either prove or disprove a case next on the list is simple contracts apps so this really simplifies e-signatures and storage requirements for your legal contracts and so there are integrations with a adobe sign docusign and then we also have an integration with box to allow for kind of storage and version control of those legal documents next you'll also see that there are reports and dashboards to really better enable fast and quick decisions um and then you'll also see here that we also have legal service delivery packs specifically to expedite those deployments and really allow customers to leverage those industry best practices all right so that was actually our last official slide in terms of content that we wanted to present in slide format but now i want to check back in so we have plenty of time for q a i haven't been able to keep a close tab on it but it looks like there have been a lot of questions submitted in written format so i just want to check in again to see if there are any questions that would be worth um kind of speaking about live uh yes and yes there there's a few i will ask um also ask if um as we're kind of going through these continue asking your questions um we make sure we've got some time to address those and try to put them in the q a panel if you can um it'll just ensure that those questions and the responses don't get lost in the chat and that everyone it'll ensure everyone can see the questions and responses so um a good question came up around virtual agent and speaking with other third-party chatbots so yes we do have some capabilities around that if you go into the chat you'll see a lot more of the details and the specifics of it but our virtual agent there are connectors to actually um leverage the api framework to connect it with other third-party bots that you may have within your ecosystem there was also a question around some interesting campaigns and how to learn more about it so out on our community page we have an employee service center tile and there's a lot of great resources and labs that will help you learn more about campaign functionality and how to how to best use it with the capabilities that were shown great both very good questions and excited to hear the question about campaigns that's one of my favorite topics and like kyle mentioned we have lots of good content videos on how to configure that blog a lab otherwise um no questions at the moment i think we'll give it some time as people catch up and start entering some information so maybe give a little bit more time yeah absolutely we can um give it a couple more minutes we have plenty of time for questions and again these sessions are for you so we'd love to hear from you if you have anything on your mind please put it in the q a um the other thing that i would mention too so this is for you know if you think of a question later or maybe if you are watching this recording um after the actual live date for the presentation feel free at any point to post a comment on our community event page um and we'll go ahead and take a look at those questions that come in uh later as well yeah and another question or a lot of a lot of interest in the workday integration which is uh great to see there was a question around compatibility and the workday integration is backwards compatible with orlando as well as paris patch 3. so that that's one of the the great things about the store releases that allison was mentioning earlier is just that it is not always dependent on the family release and sometimes you can take it um right away prior to having to be on the the latest and greatest release yes very good questions and i just opened the chat myself to see all the questions that are coming in lots of really good conversation in the chat that's good so another another good question around um will the will workplace from facebook application will it replace our communities and our forums employee forums product um so it will it is not intended to replace it it's intended to uh to complement it and really to be um to we know we know customers have have those um have workplace within their organization and it's able to leverage kind of all the different sources that you where you engage with your employees today so it's not intended to to replace it it's just another channel for organizations who use facebook workplace exactly yep we're all about creating those multi-channel experiences especially for campaigns the more places you can reach employees the better any other questions coming in no looks like it's uh it's slowed down okay well like i said um feel free if anyone thinks of additional questions regarding quebec or any of the store apps that we talked about please post your questions back to the community event page we will be watching so please let us know again if anything comes up so i say with that we can probably give back some time and that would be a wrap for today's session i just saw one come up it was do you integrate with hula or did you do we hit that one um i i'm not familiar with cooler um kyle do you know i i'm not aware of it but yeah not not necessarily not really from not nothing pre-built within hr um we may have something within the integration hub from a spoke perspective but not nothing that i'm familiar with all right i'll type it out so it's recorded great thank you there's actually one one question that just came in through the chat so curious from an employee experience point of view regarding universal request when the user navigates to employee service center to the ticket info page and starts a conversation with the fulfiller what what fulfiller would receive the conversation um so it has it kind of has to do with your um a little bit with your configuration and how things are set up um you can have your universal requests serving as sort of the the primary ticket and if it if it's it's there is a there's i guess i should say there's a primary ticket option within the universal request so if it's sitting within hr or it um or maybe it's even a transfer within hr it's going to be dependent on kind of who's where's the primary ticket assigned so it has it's it's a little more configurable or has to do with some of how how you have your universal request ticket configured but it's it's it is more flexible there i don't know if anyone else um on the line has any additional things to add related to that the only thing that i would add and i mentioned this a little bit earlier universal request was one of the big items for this release and so you can very likely expect that we would have potentially an academy session dedicated to that or more content to really deep dive into that topic so really great question and look for more content on that uh soon yep great point thank you great okay and just seeing it looks like we are caught up right any other outstanding questions one last question was uh will we receive a copy of the presentation slides so the slides will not be posted but this recording will be available um immediately after on on community so this you can re-watch this uh the presentation directly from there or our youtube channel yes yep it will be posted back out there the recording will all right well we will keep an eye like i said out on that event page to see if there are any other questions that are posted um so thank you everyone who was able to join live today thank you
