filtered by category and priority, and assigned tasks filtered by their current state. From the list view, they can click here to expand their view of all work items, requests, matters, tasks, and more. The list view provides summary information such as short description, priority and category. Here we can select a legal issue
to view the record. And viewing any legal request, matter, or task record provides access to various tools to help coordinate resolution efforts. Essential details related to the nature of the legal issue will be visible here. And here, communications can be provided to the
requester and team members respectively, And Counsel Assist helps share information and aid resolutions by surfacing similar records and pertinent knowledge articles. Reports can then be run against all of these records to drive insights, which can be summarized
