hi today i'm going to show you a demo of how to plug the servicenow virtual agent into an existing bot ecosystem to provide a robust yet seamless experience to your end users here we are using the google dialog flow bot as a primary bot a variety of secondary bots including our virtual agent and slack as our interface when the user says hi the primary bot this is google responds to the user when the user types another question the primary bot can determine whether to send the utterance to the primary bot or to the secondary bot in this case the utterance is sent to a secondary bot hr bot which answers the user's question let's try another question that will be sent to a secondary bot in this case google determines that a weather bot should handle the conversation which includes additional inputs for the user and it then can answer the user's question finally let's type a question that servicenow can answer here you can see that servicenow has a reset password topic the primary bot then receives the utterance typed by the user and determines that servicenow can answer this question so it triggers the servicenow flow again this is possible through our rest api between the google primary bot and the virtual agent the virtual agent api is available as of the paris release you can also use microsoft or ibm watson as primary bots and microsoft teams or web as interfaces for more information on how to use our api please visit our product documentation site or community forum to learn more
