I got to interview the insanely talented Phil Swann about his entry to the K21 Hackathon: Open Broadcast System overlays. Imagine there was a virus that kept us from going to work, and we had lots of work events that were streamed. What if you had questions about those events, and wrote them into the stream chat? Now what if ServiceNow could take those items and make tasks, or even knowledge articles out of them? That's the power I see in this app.
