Abstract: Japan has been a new and growing market for ServiceNow but the supply of ServiceNow professionals could not keep up with the high demand. NTT DATA Japan faced the same issue, and needed to train ServiceNow implementation teams quickly and properly. We worked with ServiceNow consultants to find the right materials to provide agility and governance for our implementation team. We have successfully doubled implementation members and tripled implementation projects each year in doing so.

In this talk we would like to share our experience and findings on how to train and build your implementation team, and how ServiceNow materials can help you achieve that.
