[Music] i dare to inspire the tech world by encouraging and uplifting other female engineers to be their best for a lot of people the tech industry is a big mystery and what i love about my job is being able to pull back the curtain and help people go deeper further and faster towards their dream innovation is an ongoing journey with continuous learnings for me accepting the challenges and adapting is the key factor how do i dare to inspire innovate and transform the world the first question is what's stopping me from doing it and if there is something stopping me remove it take it out of the way i dare to inspire by bringing my true authentic self to the workplace and to those around me every day as an ml engineer i want to challenge the way these models are being built by creating ml solutions which are inclusive and representative of everyone who uses such products i dare to inspire others to do things they never thought they could it is possible and you can be successful no matter where you started to dream big to believe to accept to be uncomfortable to be an intentional leader a challenge to train you
