Roadmaps can identify dependencies, they can be consolidated into an enterprise view or drilled into to see the plans for a department, product line or individual business asset. They can reflect macro level investment funding or micro level asset lifecycles. They drive clearer planning approaches; easier modeling of options; faster, less disruptive adjustments; and clearer understanding. In short, they’re awesome!
