Approach - Investment funding supports both funding approaches

  1. Top-down approach - Allocate funds to an entity to achieve business goal E.g - Portfolio Leader creates Top Level Investments >> Add funds >> Allocate funds to Programs >> Program Manager allocates funds to Projects
  2. Bottom-up approach - Request fund from a funding source E.g – Project Manager request funds to Program >> Program Managers receives all Project fund requests >> Program Manager request funds to Portfolio Leader >> Portfolio Leader reviews fund request and allocates funds

A simple yet a robust application to help organizations manage the Investments by giving a holistic view of all the Investments, funding and sources.

Additional workflows can be configured to send email notifications at different stages of the funding lifecycle.
