[Music] i'm allie pritchard and i'm an associate technical consultant at crosby's i've been with crossfuse for just over a year i started last july yeah i don't think i knew what to expect it was all really new to me it's been awesome i've learned a ton and everyone here is so nice and welcoming and it has taught me so much i work on projects as well as demands through the manage now queue day-to-day i interact with clients either giving demos or running workshops or doing actual like coding and configuration of their instances i work with a bunch of other really awesome technical consultants who definitely still are teaching me along the way yeah as a part of the the three months to now program and someone who's new to servicenow and developing and consulting in general i've been really lucky to have some really great mentors at crossfuse who have taught me consulting skills and development skills and everything in between the three months to now program is basically an apprenticeship program that allows the recent grads or people just starting out their career to learn about servicenow and be mentored in how to become a technical consultant i think my favorite part is is how much i learn every day just sort of in the nature of service now it's always changing so even once i feel like i'm no longer super new and there's still things to keep learning constantly [Music]
