[Music] my name is allison walker and i am a managing consultant here at crossfits um i started in december of 2020. so for about nine months so i've been doing servicenow for 11 years i started out at a customer and have worked in development roles and my role before coming across views i was a technical architect for another partner so i've been in consulting about six of the 10 years i've been doing service now so as a technical consultant i can be assigned you know one or many projects um we also are a managed service provider so i might be picking up demands from our customers who need help on just day-to-day activities it could be building a catalog item it could be guidance or help on just an individual piece of their project but most of our work is project based where i will have one or many projects we try to cap it around for and i work stories we are an agile shop so we use the agile methodology to do our work and so we get requirements from our customers or our clients who we take those requirements and turn them into what are called user stories from those user stories we define the acceptance criteria and that's what a technical consultant would work from they would develop those stories and then pass them over to our customer for just a functional test to make sure it meets the acceptance criteria and then it'll go into uat at the end what's unique about crossfuse from anywhere else i've worked we have a very big support system it's there are a lot of really intelligent people here people are just super helpful it doesn't matter if you're a platform architect or an associate tc they don't care they help and they work with you and you know it's okay to mess up we all mess up and you know just be ready to hop in and help and know that your skill sets used and valued here and that's what we're looking for [Music]
