Archive attachments and audit logs using other external storage (i.e. FileNet, Azure). Unarchive the documents as needed for future reference or to resolve recurrence of an issue, etc. This is the subflow that allows you to implement and integrate the process.
Key Features
Integration with IBM FileNet Content Manager:
* Moving (archiving) attachments to FileNet dedicated folder hence freeing space in SN.
* Unarchiving (bringing back attachments) from FileNet to ServiceNow (with the same SysID, linked to the original record) at the same time deleting documents in FN.
