BT's CMDB Sync app provides seamless integration between BT's inventory systems to customers ServiceNow instances. With almost no coding required, our customers can get instat interface to BT's inventory system and sync the data to their ServiceNow CMDB Classes. It provides an easy to configure mechanism to map the attributes from BT to any CMDB class and schedule the sync intervals for the data to sync periodically from BT to ServiceNow CMDB.
