About
Crowe Integration Engine for Archer provides an API for synchronizing data between the Archer platform and ServiceNow. The bi-directional API can be used to create Flows within ServiceNow triggering the retrieval and creation of records in ServiceNow and Archer based on workflow driven events or user defined periods. The Crowe Archer Integrator can be utilized to:
· Periodically import records automatically from a desired Archer module to any ServiceNow table, based on pre-defined record conditions.
· Create and update records in Archer in real-time as updates are made to data in ServiceNow.
· Import or export file attachments between Archer and ServiceNow.
