The configurable workspace for the Order Management application is a workspace that managers and agents use to capture orders and manage order fulfillment and fallout activities.

- Application menus, lists, and forms for order fulfillment agents and managers.
- Customer order, service order, and fallout landing pages for agents and managers.
- Account information page that shows a 360-degree view of customers.
- Ability to create new, change, and disconnect product and service orders.
- Review pricing adjustments
- Add manual adjustments
- Provide visibility into the cost of the product offering
- Create orders from sold product or product inventory
- Location-based ordering and multi-line copy with option to set an alternate service location
- View the parent and child relationships between order lines within a order with the hierarchical list.
- Create price and quantity ramps for product offerings in orders to define incremental price and quantity changes over time. Product offerings eligible for ramps have the Ramps enabled option and Recurring price method selected.
