About

The Service Graph Connector for Observability - AppDynamics enables customers to easily and correctly import CIs, Maps, and Events from AppDynamics to the ServiceNow CMDB.

The Service Graph Connector for Observability - AppDynamics imports the following data types from AppDynamics to the ServiceNow CMDB:

- Tags
- Servers
- Node
- Tier
- Business transactions (BT) (optional)
- Application

A Service Map is created using the relationship between various applications, application services, and infrastructure elements.

(Optional) Ability to configure the ingestion of events through Event Management and automatically correlate events to the discovered CIs.

Key Features

- Accurate classification into the appropriate configuration item (CI) classes: applications, application services, and servers.
- Elimination of superfluous data that would otherwise clutter the service maps.
- Option to manage business transactions (BT) and applications, while also handling events.
