About
The Service Graph Connector for Observability - AppDynamics enables customers to easily and correctly import CIs, Maps, and Events from AppDynamics to the ServiceNow CMDB.
The Service Graph Connector for Observability - AppDynamics imports the following data types from AppDynamics to the ServiceNow CMDB:
- Tags
- Servers
- Node
- Tier
- Business transactions (BT) (optional)
- Application
A Service Map is created using the relationship between various applications, application services, and infrastructure elements.

Key Features
- Accurate classification into the appropriate configuration item (CI) classes: applications, application services, and servers.
