Create unlimited aggregations by location, application, or any custom grouping for real-time views, reporting, and chargebacks.
Navigate directly from ServiceNow Configuration Items or drill down visually through floor plans, maps, and rack elevation views using our proprietary UI builder-based rendering engine. Everything is configured and maintained within the ServiceNow CMDB — no synchronization with a secondary database, no parallel data sources, just one unified system of record. It's the ultimate DCIM solution for ServiceNow-powered data centers.
**Application Details**
This is the core Tier44 application, providing the foundation for data center and room visualization, rack management, capacity aggregations, planning, and all base Tier44 functionality. It also serves as the platform for additional modules available separately on the ServiceNow Store.

1. **AI-Generated Network & Power Interface Detection** — Upload a device image to the Interface Builder and let our proprietary AI model automatically detect RJ45 ports, SFP ports, power outlets, and more.
2. **Improved Graphical Rendering** — Table renderings are now more responsive, with dynamic tab loading for faster page loads and no manual refreshes when switching tabs. Added support for text rendering, line rendering, and visual highlighting of available spaces and ports.
3. **Major Interface Builder Upgrade** — Draw walls or custom floor plans with the new line tool, and label static areas with the text tool. The entire Interface Builder experience has been refined with improved tooling and a cleaner image repository.
4. **New Tier44 Tasks** — Visualize and un-visualize CMDB elements independently, with full tracking of visualization changes. Integrates with Change Management, Service Catalog, Incidents, Tasks, and more.

All pricing is for unlimited use — unlimited users, racks, data centers, and CIs — within a single ServiceNow instance hosted by ServiceNow. Monthly fees include support and updates, and cover use in cloned sub-production instances.
The price is $4,000/month for unlimited use (unlimited users, unlimited racks, unlimited data centers, unlimited number of CIs) of the application within a single ServiceNow instance, hosted by ServiceNow.
