About
The PANW Cortex Container Vulnerability Response application synchronizes vulnerability findings and asset data from Palo Alto Networks Cortex into ServiceNow Container Vulnerability Response (CVR) application. It ingests Cortex-identified container vulnerabilities, and creates Container Vulnerable Items (CVITs) in ServiceNow. This allows IT and security teams to track, prioritize, and remediate security findings using native ServiceNow CVR workflows and workspaces.

1. **Automated Data Synchronization:** Supports both an initial Full Sync and Delta Syncs to automatically pull new or updated findings.
2. **Multi-Instance Support:** Enables administrators to configure and manage multiple Cortex tenant instances within ServiceNow, allowing independent credential management, API connections, and filter parameter setups per instance.
3. **MID Server Support:** Includes built-in support for MID Server configurations to handle on-premises or network-restricted Cortex deployments.
4. **Security Exposure Management Workspace (USEM):** Integrates directly with ServiceNow's USEM workspace to visualize, edit, and manage active security exposures in a single dashboard.
