Naitiv Insurance Core is the shared foundation for Naitiv's insurance applications on ServiceNow, including Personal Lines Customer Onboarding. It provides the common data model, document and To-Do framework, role hierarchy, portal widget library, and ACORD intake that Naitiv's insurance apps build on.

Insurance Core is not a standalone product. It is installed once and maintained as the platform layer beneath every Naitiv insurance application — so each app you add inherits a consistent data structure, security model, and consumer experience rather than rebuilding the foundation.
