Nova Core HR is the home for every worker record in your organization: direct hires and indirect hires under any type of work agreement. It runs natively on the ServiceNow platform, so there is no new system to stand up and no data to migrate if you whether you currently run ServiceNow or not.

Everyday HR changes such as promotions, manager changes, department moves, address updates, and offboarding run through one configurable transaction framework. Each change is validated, routed to the right approver, and recorded in a single audit trail. Simple updates apply instantly. Sensitive changes wait for the review your policy requires. Nothing skips a step, and nothing needs a custom workflow build. Data managed within Nova Core HR utililizes the ServiceNow platform for capabilities such as integrations, security, AI token usage and analytics.

Nova Core HR also supplies worker, job, and org data to the rest of the Nova family, including Nova HR Concierge, Nova Portal, and Nova Worker Document Management. It also reads governed policy content from Nova Policy Advisor to apply the right rules automatically during a transaction.
