Field Service Contractor for Mobile allows contractor field service users and managers to handle their work entirely from a phone. They can view assignments, source parts, debrief completed tasks, and manage the full task lifecycle without needing desktop access or dispatcher involvement for routine operations.
Contractor managers can review and respond to marketplace requests, monitor open tasks across their team, and reassign work to contractor technicians directly from the Now Mobile Agent application. Contractor technicians get full visibility into their assignments to complete and close work.
The app runs natively on the ServiceNow platform. Contractor activity flows into the same data and workflows as internal field service operations, eliminating the need for a separate system and manual data reconciliation.
