About
Use the ServiceNow CMDB as your normalized source of truth for APIs deployed on Mulesoft Anypoint. Having your API inventory in the CMDB enables other workflows to be used in managing your API estate, including Security Operations, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Integrated Risk, and more. The ServiceNow API Insights workspace also provides a way for teams to interact with the API data so that certain stakeholders can analyze the data without requiring direct access to Mulesoft.
Configuring this API Service Graph Connector will retrieve the following objects from a Mulesoft Anypoint environment:
- Organization or environment
- API Manager APIs
- Exchange asset details
- Optionally, deployed applications
Key Features
Configure setup options for organization-level or environment-level discovery to customize data retrieval.
Data is populated into the following tables:
- Anypoint API Gateway [cmdb\_ci\_anypoint\_api\_gateway]
- Managed API [cmdb\_ci\_managed\_api]
- Data Service Instance [cmdb\_ci\_data\_service\_instance] (only when deployed application are chosen to be imported)
