Kyndryl Integration – Developer Self Service is a scoped application that fully automates the provisioning of cloud resources and manages the entire order lifecycle. When an order is placed on Developer Self Service, it automates the creation of Request, RITM, Change Request, Configuration Item and linking between them. ServiceNow Approval is also supported as part of order approval process. Whenever a resource is provisioned or decommissioned the related configuration Item is updated accordingly in ServiceNow. All the communication between the scoped application and Developer Self Service is over secured REST APIs. In our latest version, cloud resources across cloud-providers can be ordered by submiting a Request on ServiceNow.
