AI Onboarding – App Validator helps keep your ServiceNow instance ready for Now Assist Skills and Agentic AI. It checks for application drift and makes sure all required plugins and store apps are installed, updated, and working properly.
The App Validator Workspace gives admins a clear, real-time view of each app’s status—whether it’s Installed, Needs Update, To Be Installed, or Needs Repair. You can also see dependencies and compatibility details before making changes, along with helpful suggestions to improve AI readiness.
With the built-in Take Action button, admins can install, update, or repair apps in just one click—without jumping between tools. Drift Velocity helps you see which apps are changing frequently, and Real-Time Semaphore Monitoring keeps an eye on background processes to catch issues early and keep the system stable.
In this version 5.0.0, two powerful enhancements:
Assist Consumption – Monitor Now Assist license usage in real time, including purchased, consumed, and remaining assists. Receive proactive alerts for high usage or expiring licenses to ensure uninterrupted AI operations.
Enhanced UI & Overview – A modern, intuitive interface provides a unified overview of key app health metrics—such as upgrade risk, drift trends, and license utilization—simplifying navigation, status tracking, and action-taking for seamless platform management.
Together, these capabilities provide administrators with full visibility, control, and automation to maintain a stable, secure, and AI-ready ServiceNow environment.
