VividSheets provides a spreadsheet-like UI that allows users to pre-process their ServiceNow data. This enables users to create calculated metrics and KPIs to be used within their Automated Operational Reporting.
In addition to working within a familiar spreadsheet-like interface, VividSheets also provides VividFunctions and mathematical functions, which enable the user to get to their metrics and results more quickly and efficiently. Every function is supported with syntax helpers and in-app guides.
Once your sheet is staged you can re-collect your metrics at any time with a single click of the button.
When your sheet and its results are ready they can be used within your Automated Operational Reporting processes, shared with other users and stakeholders, and exported to CSV or Excel.
