CDW SMARTtracker is a web-based platform providing customers visibility of all their Cisco assets and contracts. The CDW SMARTtracker Spoke provides easy-to-configure, low-code ServiceNow actions and flows that utilize API calls to communicate and orchestrate with the CDW SMARTtracker platform.

CDW has numerous customers that purchase Cisco products through CDW and/or wish to track their Cisco products via SMARTtracker.  However, this valuable data isn’t currently available within ServiceNow.  The Spoke is the perquisite component needed to enable integration between the CDW SMARTtracker platform and ServiceNow in order to provide visibility of SMARTtracker data within ServiceNow.  Customers can choose to use the Spoke to build their own integration or also subscribe to the CDW SMARTtracker Service Graph Connector, which will integrate SMARTtracker asset and configuration data with their AMDB and CMDB, respectively.  Customers can also choose to track and integrate non-Cisco assets that they've purchased through CDW.
