Software usage data can also be imported to support license reclamation for customers using SAM-P, unlocking real, measurable ROI.
**Remote Support**
The CoreX Jamf Integration enables secure, remote Mac support directly from ServiceNow. IT teams can trigger Jamf Remote Management Commands such as Remote Lock and Remote Erase straight from the UI or automated workflows.
