CAB Communication – is a custom-built application designed to simplify and accelerate the process of summarizing and reviewing Change Requests (CRs) that have been implemented in the last week. By leveraging ServiceNow's Now Assist AI capabilities, the application automates the creation of concise summaries including key information such as the change's Objective, Plan and Review. These summaries are tailored to provide context for Change Managers who are evaluating the changes post-CAB and can be sent as an email before the CAB meeting for review with the all the participants.
