The primary goal of this solution is to provide insights into the software assets current lifecycle stage, potential opportunities for reclamation rule refinement and a view into over-lapping software.

The features of this solution are:

- Generate a list of relevant titles for the specified Publisher that will become end of life during the new entitlement period to plan for any upgrade or downgrade rights that may be required.
- Generate a list of Software titles that are in the same product category.  This enables the Software Asset Manager to review overlapping software, inspect the current Active Rights and Rights Allocated of those overlapping products, and determine if renewing is the best course of action.  It provides an opportunity for application rationalization discussions within the organization.
- Reclamation rule validation.  The Software Asset manager sets reclamation rules during an implementation project but there’s nothing today to help the Software Asset Manager validate the rule is optimal.  This feature will provide recommendations, based on historical usage patterns. This then enables the Software Asset Manager to adjust the current reclamation rule and drive the reclamation of unused rights prior to provider negotiations or, understand more rights are required.
