InSource Opportunity Management leverages the ServiceNow Platform to identify Project Risks that impact performance, cost and schedule. Leveraging Risk for full analysis, Opportunity Management allows the Risk Team to identify Opportunities to be analyzed through the full opportunity lifecycle. Once approved for implementation, the Opportunity (via 'Pursue Now') allows the team to send the approved Opportunity to a New Project.

Opportunity Management (RIO) will provide the process lifecycle to identify Project Risks that could lead to opportunities. Once analyzed by the Risk Team and identified as an opportunity, the Risk will be moved into the Opportunity Management module as an Opportunity Record. This includes the Opportunity Form and the associated lifecycle. Once the Opportunity Management Plan has been created and approved, it will create a new Project with associated information.
