This tool helps to organize the often unstructured contracts by defining the obligations of the parties involved. This application helps identify and monitor these obligations to ensure their timely fulfillment. Failure to meet obligations on time may result in revenue loss, cost overruns, non-performance, non-compliance, reputational damage, or penalties for the contracting parties.
Key Features
1. Contract manager can create obligation records for a contract and also specify if the obligation is recurring or ad hoc.
2. Contract manager can assign obligation approvers and submitters for each obligation record.
3. Obligation task creation
1. Obligation tasks are automatically created for recurring obligations based on the schedule.
2. Obligation tasks will be manually created for ad hoc obligations.
4. Submitted obligation will undergo approval process for final closure.
