Anecdotes Data Engine for ServiceNow GRC Policy and Compliance enables enterprises to leverage near-real-time GRC data for both continuous control monitoring and audit use cases.
The application enables weekly collection of evidence artifacts from hundreds of cloud based and on-premise tools. Following collection, evidence artifacts can be automatically tested against organization policies or industry best practices in order to validate that controls are operating as intended.
Collected evidence artifacts are presented intuitively in the ServiceNow interface and retain necessary completeness and accuracy parameters such that the evidence can be used for external auditing purposes.
Installing the Anecdotes GRC Data Engine application creates:
- A dedicated Evidence repository (table) that automatically syncs with anecdotes weekly (or on demand).
- Evidence table availability within:
- Controls
- Control objectives
- Policies
