The BigID Service Graph Connector integrates BigID data findings into the ServiceNow CMDB to provide unified visibility into data assets and the associated sensitive data context (PI, PII, PCI, Healthcare, etc.) contained within those assets.

The application synchronizes BigID data source and data source sensitivity level information with the ServiceNow CMDB. Data sources and their scan results are available from within BigID and are also brought into ServiceNow either on demand or via a scheduled job.
This App creates records of data sources (db\_instances), catalogs and related information objects to hold the sensitivity information brought over from the BigID platform.
The following features are included:
1. Support for structured data sources as well as Amazon S3/S3 v2, Amazon Redshift and Amazon DynamoDB, NFS and SMB data types.
2. Business Owner field sync: The "Owned by" field value is synchronized to populate the "Business Owner" field in the BigID platform during the import process (from ServiceNow to BigID).
3. Synchronize Data Catalogs functionality from BigID to ServiceNow.
4. Selective data sources synchronization, in addition to bulk capabilities to and from BigID through import and export processes.
