CDW ePro ASN can help the client manage their hardware assets within ServiceNow. No more manual entry or dealing with bulky spreadsheets and import processes. CDW ePro ASN will create the Manufacture and Model if these do not already exist in the ServiceNow instance. CDW ePro ASN with create the newly purchased asset with all the pertinent information, including a link to the shipper’s, (Fedex or UPS) tracking web site. CDW ePro ASN is configurable to only auto create assets of your choosing using the CDW Asset Categories module. CDW ePro has a catalog request to assist in creating your hardware categories with product identification codes and your selected hardware category and useful life of the product. CDW ePro ASN will also calculate a scheduled retirement for the asset using the invoice date and the client’s selected useful life based on the depreciation table.
