Most of meetings are left without a protocol thus any decision which was made during the meeting is lost or at least difficult to remember. In case that a protocol was written, it is usually done in Microsoft Word. With the use of Word, giving improvements or changes to the meeting minutes is rather complicated.

Meetus includes several modules for organizing agendas, taking notes during the meeting, sending out calendar invites for meetings, approving or rejecting meeting minutes and giving access to the protocol based on ServiceNow access rules.

Dedicated participants can be assigned to several meetings and for those meetings, the agenda can be predefined and sent out to the meeting members in advance.
