Provide HR systems with the ability to use the preconfigured First Advantage integration SOAP services to request background checks through the First Advantage service. Use the preconfigured integration as-is or customize it to meet your needs.

Enables the following activities using the out-of-the-box HR Service preconfigured with the First Advantage service:

- Retrieve the background check applicant ID and status when the case is created.
- Retrieve the background check status and details once the background check is complete.
