Provide HR systems with the ability to use the preconfigured Sterling Talent Solutions integration REST services to request background checks through the Sterling service. You can use the preconfigured integration as-is or customize it to meet your needs.

Enables the following activities using the out-of-the-box HR Service preconfigured with the Sterling Talent Solutions service:

- Retrieve the background check applicant ID when the case is created.
- Retrieve the background check status and details once the background check is complete.
