Automatically provision relevant applications for new hires as part of the onboarding process with the Microsoft Azure AD integration.
This integration requires the Microsoft Azure AD spoke in IntegrationHub, and is configured to work with the lifecycle event for new hire onboarding that is included as demo data with the Human Resources Scoped App: Lifecycle Events for Enterprise [com.sn\_hr\_lifecycle\_ent] plugin.
_The embedded spoke is only meant for use with this current out-of-the-box integration, and not for general purpose use._
Key Features
Enables the following activities:
- From the onboarding case, a task is created for the hiring manager to assign roles and entitlements for the new hire.
- On completion of the task, an IT request is generated that automates the provisioning of those application roles and entitlements.
- Upon completion of the provisioning, the new hire has the desired access based on roles and entitlements granted.
