Integrations Map removes uncertainty over which ServiceNow integrations are actively in use by representing them as configuration items. Through a combination of records and log entries, the operational statuses of inbound and outbound integrations are represented and maintained. Relationships between these integrations, the ServiceNow instance and MID servers are also captured and maintained.

This app creates several custom tables but these will not have any licensing impact as they are part of the CMDB.

* Integrations Map represents the following integration types as configuration items:
* REST and SOAP messages
* Flows using REST or SOAP steps (requires IntegrationHub plugin)
* Event connectors (requires Event Management plugin)
* Inbound API calls
* Integration relationships with the ServiceNow instance and MID servers are represented by CI relationships.
* Integration operational statuses are determined by analysing logs, which are then reflected in the configuration item.
* A scheduled job is configurable to maintain the map's labels, statuses and relationships.
