Organizations using both ServiceNow and AixBOMS must deal with the challenge of dual CMDB management. To avoid redundancies and to consolidate an overview of all CIs in one platform, this app now offers the solution. Using the AixBOMS Integration App, it is possible to automatically import and store CMDB data from AixBOMS into ServiceNow. This gives companies the opportunity to store their CIs in one system in a clearly arranged way. Thanks to a configurable setup for the connection to the MID server, the following data categories are automatically imported and stored from AixBOMS in ServiceNow Users, locations, organizations, computers, printers and servers.

By default, the data is automatically imported and updated daily from AixBOMS in ServiceNow. This functionality can be easily configured by the customer.
