With Sectigo Certificate App for ServiceNow, ServiceNow users can manage large inventories of certificates in the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) portal and automate the end-to-end lifecycle of certificates at scale. Sectigo Certificate App for ServiceNow supports all certificate types and is interoperable with all leading devices and operating systems.
Sectigo Certificate App for ServiceNow enables IT teams to benefit from:
- Scalable issuance of DV, OV, and EV SSL certificates for web servers, load balancers, and other devices or servers.
- Automated import of certificate data including certificate type, organization, and department information.
- Certificate lifecycle management including certificate issuance, revocation, replacement, and renewal requests for a configuration item that associates the certificate to an asset or device in the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Automated certificate renewals and notifications of expiring certificates using configurable ServiceNow notification workflows.
- Approval workflows, including configurable permission management and approval processes for certificate administrators and users leveraging existing organizational roles.
- Enhanced visibility and reporting on your entire inventory of certificates in use. Viewable within your ServiceNow portal, it provides insights on certificate status, expiration date, configuration data, and IT user.
