ServiceNow has released a new product integration with CIC Plus that makes it easy for new hires to complete all necessary tax withholding information during the onboarding process. The integration helps employers and employees streamline the employee tax withholding process to improve the experience for employees and ease the administrative burden for payroll departments. 

This integration enables organizations to:

- Complete tax withholding elections in CIC Plus through ServiceNow
- Process 120+ different tax withholding forms, including U.S. federal, state, local & territories and Canadian federal & provincial jurisdictions
- Create a stress-free payroll process, eliminating manual, paper-based forms, while ensuring payroll compliance and accuracy

During the onboarding process, new hires are automatically presented with the tax forms they are required to complete, based on home & work address, and are guided through a process to ensure all information is accurately collected. Once forms are completed, data is passed back in real-time to ServiceNow.
