Likewise, ServiceNow ITOM users can now launch queries into nGeniusONE from any other alert with that context. nGeniusONE Alert Integration module’s dashboards and reports support the visualization of nGeniusONE alarm types, sources, criticalities, and status within ServiceNow ITOM.
