Additional Data Masking and Data Purging rules be configured by customer's Administrators as required using our coding-free Rules Configuration capability.

DataMask works in conjunction with, and also extends the capabilities of ServiceNow out-of-the-box data tools.

Mask Data easily: Easily mask sensitive data like Credit card numbers, TFN numbers, etc on the instance to avoid accidental exposure of customer-sensitive data.

The Data Purge (Built on ServiceNow), allows administrators to enable deletion of large amounts of data in certain tables in ServiceNow environments. Reducing the amount of data in such large tables may significantly improve the performance of the instance when performing Production clone to sub-production environments.

Enable Administrators: Enable administrators managing the instance to easily secure confidential information while cloning Production instance to Non-Production instance by scheduling.
