With Jabra Asset Management you get the relevant information about your organization’s Jabra audio and video devices right within ServiceNow.
**Device & firmware overview**
The device overview provides the overview you need to effectively manage the Jabra audio and video devices deployed in your organization. Including device name, serial number, user of the device as well as first and last time it was seen in the system you can make informed decisions about your devices.
Giving you the complete overview of the various firmware versions on the devices, including grouping and count of devices with a specific firmware version, you remain on top of what needs updating and when.
**Intelligent insights**
Helping you effectively manage meeting space, including staying within a compliant count of participants in a room according to health and safety restrictions, our video devices sends you the data on the amount of people in the room – whether in an active call or not. With a field-of-view of 180 degrees of the room, the entire room is covered, giving you reliable data for targeted action. Our video devices count people without face recognition, only relying on face detection (people count) technology.
With insights from the devices on the background noise (in the office or from users hybrid working environments) reported directly into your ServiceNow platform, you can take informed decisions to mitigate excessive noise levels.

**Device overview**
