In order to connect your meeting spaces to Workplace Reservation Management, you can either mount our MeetNow meeting room booking device to each space or install the MeetNow app on your existing hardware. This will enable employees to view room status from a distance and make impromptu reservations. For facilities, the combination of MeetingSpace4U and MeetNow provides them insights into space utilization.
