The user can take an existing implementation of the page and further customize It. They will have the flexibility to add and modify the widgets that are on a page. Just enter the edit mode, choose a layout and add or remove widgets and save this configuration. Modify it in the future as your work evolves. As an administrator of Service Portal, you can create a default view of a page and make that available to all end-user.
